How much does ReputeMap cost?
ReputeMap costs $19 a month for one location (Solo), $29 for up to 5 (Starter), $79 for up to 15 (Growth), $129 for up to 30 (Pro), $149 for up to 75 (Portfolio) and $189 for up to 200 (Network). Billed annually, Solo is a flat $149 a year and the other plans cost $19, $59, $97, $112 and $142 a month.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Yes: 14 days on the plan you pick, and a card is required, with nothing charged today. After 14 days the card is charged for that plan and your account continues without interruption. Cancel any time during the trial, with one click in Billing, and you won't be charged at all.
Do you charge per location or per user?
No. Each plan's locations and team seats are in its flat price: Solo 1, Starter 5, Growth 15, Pro 30, Portfolio 75, Network 200 locations, and from 1 seat on Solo to unlimited seats on Network. There are no add-ons: past a plan's cap you move up a plan, and above 200 locations you write to yaro@reputemap.com.
How much does annual billing save?
Up to 34%. Solo saves $79 a year, Starter saves $120 a year, Growth saves $240 a year, Pro saves $384 a year, Portfolio saves $444 a year, Network saves $564 a year. Solo's annual plan is a flat $149 instead of 12 × $19.
Can I cancel anytime? Do you give refunds?
Yes, you can cancel any time from Billing & plan in the app, with no cancellation fee: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again. Payments for past periods are generally not refunded and partial periods are not pro-rated, but if you were charged in error or after you meant to cancel, write within 14 days of the charge and we review it in good faith.
Is there a free plan?
Not for review management: the 14-day trial is the free way to run ReputeMap on your own Google reviews. The review widget on its own is free for one location, with no card and a small "Powered by ReputeMap" link; every paid plan shows it without the link. The free tools (review link and QR code generators, the star rating calculator, the review response generator and the Review Health Grader) work without signing up.

Count the Google Business Profile locations you manage. One: Solo. Up to 5: Starter. Up to 15: Growth, which adds email campaigns with automatic reminders, the multi-location dashboard and surveys. Up to 30: Pro, which adds white-label reports, prospect audits and scheduled report emails. Up to 75: Portfolio; up to 200: Network. An agency reselling under its own brand starts on Pro. The review widget is on every plan.
How long does setup take?
About 3 minutes. You create an account, connect your Google Business Profile through Google's own sign-in (OAuth, so we never see your password), and your reviews start syncing into the inbox.
