July 2026

  • New Developer API + MCP server — pull reviews and stats or trigger review requests over REST, and connect Claude Code / Claude Desktop / Cursor straight to your reviews via our hosted MCP server. Included with every paid plan: 1,000 API credits/month.
  • New Staff leaderboard — every team member gets a personal review link + QR, and the leaderboard shows who sends the most customers to Google (clicks only — we never guess review attribution).
  • New API keys + review-request API — trigger a review invite from Zapier, your CRM or field-service tool with one POST.
  • New Embeddable review widget — show your Google rating and latest reviews on your own site. Honest aggregate: all synced reviews, never a filtered subset.
  • New Branded review-ask page — the short link / QR now lands on a page with your logo and colors before heading to Google. Shown to everyone; no rating pre-screen.
  • New Detractor rescue queue — unhappy survey respondents land in a follow-up queue so you can make it right before it becomes a public review.
  • New Review requests now send from the client's business name — an ask from “Joe's Plumbing” converts better than one from an agency the customer never heard of.
  • Improved Bot protection on sign-up (Cloudflare Turnstile) and Google sign-in on registration.
  • Improved A month of hardening: 40+ correctness, billing-safety and never-lose-your-text fixes across the product — including making every silent failure loudly visible.
  • Improved Landing redesign: real product screenshots everywhere, honest pricing promise, founder note.

June 2026

  • New Annual billing with two months free, and simpler pricing: $29 / $39 / $49 per month by location count.
  • New Buy directly from the landing page — checkout first, create your account after; your plan attaches automatically by billing email.
  • New Password reset, email verification and welcome emails.
  • Improved Live production email (AWS SES) with DKIM on reputemap.com, and live Stripe billing.
  • Improved Full app restyle to match the marketing site — blue-clean, consistent components, semantic status colors.

May–June 2026

  • New The core product: unified review inbox, AI reply drafts with human approval, negative-review alerts (email / Telegram / WhatsApp), review requests by email + QR, campaigns with reminders and one-click opt-out, multi-location dashboard, white-label PDF reports, client portals, surveys (NPS / stars / thumbs, honest mode), prospect audit generator, reply templates, SLA tracking, sentiment and topics AI.
