Apps and extensions

ReputeMap apps, extensions and connectors

Besides the web app, ReputeMap comes as a free browser extension for Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox, a connector in Claude's directory, an MCP server for other AI assistants, a free reviews widget for your website (with a plugin for WordPress) and an API your CRM can call. Here is what each one does, who it's for, what it costs and where to get it.

Every store and directory link on this page goes to a listing published by ReputeMap.

Free browser extension for Google review links and QR codes

ReputeMap: Google Review Link & QR Code is one free extension, published in three stores. Open a business on Google Maps, click the ReputeMap icon, and the popup gives you:

  • The business's direct Google review link, copied in one click
  • Its Place ID, the code that starts with ChIJ
  • A QR code for the link, as a PNG or an SVG
  • Printable review cards: a table tent, postcards or business cards

Who it's for: owners and staff who hand customers the review link, and agencies making links and cards for clients. It works for any business listing on Google Maps, without access to its Business Profile.

Private by design: free, with no account. It asks only for the activeTab permission and builds the link on your computer from the page's address: no Google API, nothing sent anywhere.

On a computer: Chrome 105 or newer, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox 140 or newer. Phones don't run extensions; there, use the free Google review link generator.

For AI assistants

Claude connector and MCP server

Ask an AI assistant about your Google reviews and it answers from your live ReputeMap data: which locations have reviews waiting for a reply, how a location's rating moved, a draft reply to the newest 1★ review. Both ways in reach the same hosted server, which works through ReputeMap's own Google connection, so you don't apply for Google API access yourself.

Claude connector

For claude.ai and Claude Desktop. ReputeMap is listed in Claude's connectors directory: find it, click Connect, sign in with your ReputeMap account and pick a workspace. There's no API key to paste, and Claude asks you before every draft, email or publish.

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors → Discover
  2. Search for “ReputeMap” and click Connect
  3. Sign in to ReputeMap, pick a workspace, Approve

On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner adds it under Organization settings → Connectors first.

MCP server for other AI tools

Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed and other MCP clients connect to the ReputeMap MCP server with one header and your ReputeMap API key, from Settings → API keys.

Seven tools: four read (locations, reviews, rating stats, usage) and three act (draft a reply, publish a reply you approved, send one review request).

In every plan and the 14-day trial
No extra charge. It needs an active plan or the trial, and a connected Google Business Profile.
1,000 calls a month
Shared with the REST API, the same on every plan.
Nothing posts on its own
A reply goes to Google only as the exact text you approved, and assistants ask first.

Free for one location

Free Google reviews widget for your website

Put your newest Google reviews and your true star average on your own site, in one of six layouts: List, Carousel, Grid, Wall, Badge or Floating. Connect your Google Business Profile, pick a layout and paste one line of code.

  • Free for one location, with no card and no 14-day limit
  • Works wherever you can paste HTML: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow
  • A small “Powered by ReputeMap” link, marked nofollow; every paid plan shows the widget without it

On WordPress: the free plugin ReputeMap Reviews Widget for Google connects the widget from your dashboard, with no code to copy. Add its block or the [reputemap_reviews] shortcode. WordPress 6.0 or newer.

Integrations and API

Integrations and the REST API

When a deal is won or a job is done, your CRM, field service or booking tool can ask ReputeMap to email that customer a review request: its own automation calls one API endpoint. These aren't marketplace apps; each guide shows the setup, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Is the ReputeMap browser extension free?

Yes. The extension in the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons and Firefox Add-ons is free, with no account, no trial and no card. It builds the review link on your computer from the page's address and sends nothing anywhere.

Do I need a ReputeMap plan to connect Claude?

Yes. The Claude connector and the MCP server work with your own ReputeMap data, so they need an active plan or the 14-day free trial, and a connected Google Business Profile. Every plan includes them, with 1,000 calls a month shared with the REST API.

Is there a ReputeMap WordPress plugin?

Yes. ReputeMap Reviews Widget for Google is free in the WordPress.org plugin directory. Install it, click Connect with ReputeMap (free) on its settings page, then add its block or the [reputemap_reviews] shortcode. It shows the same free widget: one location, no card.

Is ReputeMap affiliated with Google, Microsoft, Mozilla, Anthropic or the WordPress Foundation?

No. ReputeMap is an independent company. The extension, the connector and the WordPress plugin are published by ReputeMap in each store and directory; Google, Microsoft, Mozilla, Anthropic and the WordPress Foundation don't make or endorse them.
