Grade.us pricing at a glance
Grade.us costs $124 a month for one location on monthly billing, or $99 a month on annual billing, and its Multi Location plan runs from $75 per location a month for 2–10 locations down to $31 at 101+ locations — $60 down to $25 on annual billing (grade.us/home/plans, checked September 29, 2026). The Agency plan is a custom quote; Grade.us publishes no Agency price. White Label Premium, which puts your logo on the dashboard, is $440 a year. The 14-day trial needs no credit card, and Grade.us does not offer refunds.
For an agency that sells Google review management, ReputeMap is the better buy than Grade.us. White-label PDF reports and a branded client portal come with ReputeMap’s Pro plan at a published $129 a month for 30 locations, where Grade.us prices its Agency plan by quote and charges $440 a year to put your logo on the dashboard. At Grade.us’s published Multi Location rates, the same 30 locations would be $1,200 a month. And each client’s 1–3★ alert email carries a reply draft your team can publish without logging in.
Full disclosure: this page is written by ReputeMap, a Google-only competitor with flat pricing, and the recommendation above is ours. The plan facts are from Grade.us’s own plans page; the totals are our arithmetic. Grade.us’s plans page loads with the annual toggle on, so the $99 and $60 you see first are annual rates; switch it to monthly for $124 and $75.

Agency: the card reads “White label reputation management software for your clients” and asks you to request a quote; no Agency price is published.
White label: White Label Basic is free on every plan and removes every mention of Grade.us except in the dashboard — custom review-funnel URLs, white-label email notifications and reports. White Label Premium adds your logo to the dashboard for $440 a year on the Agency plan and above, complimentary at 100 seats.
Trial: 14 days, 3 seats, no card. Text messaging, the WordPress review stream, API access and the white-label dashboard need sales to activate during the trial. If you activate early, the charge still starts when the trial ends.
Billing: monthly or annual, in US dollars, by credit card. No refunds; you cancel by emailing support and keep access until the end of the paid period.
The page’s feature table still uses older plan names — Professional, Agency and Partner. In it, API access, control of review schema markup, the WordPress Review Stream plugin and bulk profile upload are not in the Professional column, and the white-label client dashboard is $440 a year on Agency and included on Partner.
Same prices as GatherUp
If the grid looks familiar, it is: GatherUp’s pricing page lists the same plans at the same prices, tier for tier. The two brands joined Insight Integrity in December 2025, according to GatherUp’s own announcement. They are still sold as separate products with separate feature pages, so compare the features, not the price. Our breakdown of the sister product’s pricing has the other side of it.
What Grade.us costs at your location count
Grade.us shows one rate per tier, which reads as that rate applying to every location in the tier — get that confirmed in writing before you sign. On that reading:
| Locations | Monthly billing | Annual billing |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | $375/mo | $300/mo ($3,600/yr) |
| 15 | $840/mo | $675/mo ($8,100/yr) |
| 30 | $1,200/mo | $960/mo ($11,520/yr) |
The grid is identical to GatherUp’s, so the full set of totals from 1 to 75 locations, and a quirk at the edge between the first two Multi Location tiers, is on the same breakdown of the sister product’s pricing.
What the Agency plan could cost
Grade.us is built for agencies, and its Agency plan is a quote: the plans page publishes no Agency price. The page’s ROI calculator still runs on an older plan list that doesn’t match the plan cards (it prices a single seat at $110, where the card says $124 monthly or $99 annual), so treat its per-seat figures as the calculator’s assumption, not a price. Ask for the per-seat rate in writing and compare it with the Multi Location tiers: $75 down to $31 per location on monthly billing, $60 down to $25 on annual. If you want your logo on the dashboard, White Label Premium adds $440 a year on the Agency plan and above, and it is complimentary at 100 seats.
Four questions worth asking before you sign:
- Your per-seat price on the Agency plan, and whether it follows the Multi Location tiers.
- Whether the tier rate applies to every location or only to the ones inside each band.
- SMS costs at your volume.
- The refund position if the tool doesn’t fit — the plans page says there are none.
Why agencies selling Google reviews pick ReputeMap over Grade.us
ReputeMap is narrower and flat-priced, and every plan an agency would grow through is published:
| Locations | ReputeMap, monthly | Grade.us, monthly billing | Grade.us, annual billing (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $19 (Solo) | $124/mo | $99/mo |
| 5 | $29 (Starter) | $375/mo | $300/mo |
| 15 | $79 (Growth) | $840/mo | $675/mo |
| 30 | $129 (Pro, white-label) | $1,200/mo | $960/mo |
| 75 | $199 (Portfolio) | $2,700/mo | $2,175/mo |
ReputeMap’s monthly rates are lower on annual billing too. For an agency, the differences that matter:
- White-label at a price you can quote clients. Pro, $129 a month for 30 locations, puts your logo, name and colors on PDF reports, the client portal and the review-ask page; Portfolio covers 75 locations for $199 and Network 200 for $399. No quote, and no separate dashboard fee.
- Margin that grows with every client. Locations are included in the plan, so a new client location adds nothing to your bill until you pass the plan’s cap, while per-location pricing bills every one.
- Proof clients can see. A client portal on every paid plan, PDF reports, and on Pro the all-locations report emailed on the 1st.
- Replies your team can send from anywhere. Each 1–3★ alert email carries the reply draft and “Review & publish reply →”, a personal, single-use, 7-day link that publishes without logging in, and replies are drafted in the language each review was written in.
- API and MCP server on every plan. On Grade.us, API access needs sales to switch it on during the trial and sits outside the Professional column.
One honest difference the other way: Grade.us’s trial needs no card, and ReputeMap’s needs one. Our agency delivery walkthrough for switching from it covers the client side, the feature-by-feature comparison of the two tools the rest, and white-label review management software shows what your clients see. To price your own client list, compare ReputeMap’s plans.
When Grade.us is the better buy
Grade.us has been an agency reseller platform for a long time, and the plans page shows it. Pick it if:
- You resell review generation across many review sites, with email, SMS and MMS campaigns, kiosk mode and replies to Google and Facebook. ReputeMap is Google-only and sends no SMS.
- You need sub-accounts for agencies under agencies, single sign-on or a sales kit (Local Client Finder, prospect reports, pitch decks).
If you sell Google review management, start a 14-day free trial of ReputeMap: card required, cancel anytime, about 3 minutes to connect your first client location.
