ReputeMap for agencies, in short

Who it's for
Marketing agencies, local SEO consultants and freelancers who run Google reviews for local clients, from a first client to 200 locations.
What you deliver
Every client's Google reviews in one inbox, AI replies you approve (drafted in each reviewer's language), honest email and QR review requests, 1–3★ alerts by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and monthly PDF reports.
What clients see
A client portal on every paid plan, under your workspace name. From Pro, your logo, colors and brand name on reports, the portal and the review-ask page, with reports emailed on a schedule (see a sample client report).
What it costs
Priced by total locations across all your clients, from Solo at $19/mo for one location to Network at $189/mo for 200 (see which plan fits). No add-ons: past a plan's cap you move up a plan. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.

The problem

Managing client reviews by hand doesn't scale

Reviews scattered everywhere

You're logging in and out of a separate Google Business Profile for every client and location. Reviews get missed. There's no single view of how all your clients are doing.

Negative reviews fester

A 1-star review sits unanswered for days because nobody was watching that profile. By the time you see it, the damage is done and the client has already called.

You can't prove your value

Clients don't see the work you do behind the scenes, so they churn. Pulling a report for each one by hand every month is its own part-time job.

What your agency gets

Everything to run Google reviews as a service

One inbox for every client

Every Google review across all clients and locations on one screen. Filter by rating, sentiment and reply status, and stop juggling dashboards.

AI reply drafts in one click

Generate an on-brand reply to any review, in the language it was written in, edit, and publish to Google — see the AI review responder. Per-client tone. On paid plans, Auto-reply can answer new 4–5★ reviews for every client in the workspace; it's off until you switch it on.

Instant negative alerts

Get pinged by email, Telegram or WhatsApp the moment a 1–3★ review lands. The email and Telegram alerts carry the reply already drafted, so you can respond fast. React in minutes, not days.

Review campaigns that grow ratings

Honest, FTC-compliant email + QR review requests per location, and from Growth, campaigns with an automatic reminder. More reviews → higher Google ranking → more customers for your client.

White-label client reports

Monthly PDF reports for every client. From Pro they carry your logo and colors and go out on a schedule. They're what keeps clients paying you.

Multi-location oversight

Across every location, from Growth: ratings, reply coverage, velocity and SLA, ranked, so a slipping location is obvious before the client notices.

Reply without opening the app

Approve a client's reply right from the alert

When any client location gets a 1–3★ review, the alert arrives with a reply already drafted by AI, in the language the review was written in. Publish it from the email or a Telegram private chat, or change it first. Nothing goes to Google until a person taps Publish.

Where the alert landsWhat it carriesPublish from there?
Alert emailThe review and the AI-drafted reply, under a subject like “New 2★ review — Downtown — reply drafted”Yes: “Review & publish reply →” is a personal, single-use, 7-day link to a page with no login, tone chips and one “Publish to Google” button
Monday digest“Review & publish reply →” linksYes, the same no-login page
Telegram, private chatThe review and the AI-drafted replyYes: “✅ Publish draft” posts exactly that text in one tap; “✏️ Edit & publish” to change it first
Telegram, team groupThe alertNo publish buttons
WhatsAppThe alertNo: alert only
  • In the reviewer's language. Every reply is drafted in the language the review was written in; for a review Google translated, the original's language. A star rating with no text gets the language you usually reply in, then the language of the location's other reviews, then English. Never guessed from the reviewer's name. See how replying in other languages works.
  • You decide what posts. Nothing is posted to Google until a person taps Publish, unless you switch on Auto-reply to new reviews (paid plans, 4–5★ by default). Every route from an inbox or a phone to a published reply is compared in replying to Google reviews from email or phone.
  • Trial and plans. On the free trial, replies are drafted inside the first 2 alerts; on paid plans, inside every alert.

Why ReputeMap

White-label review management built for agencies

Google-first, done well

We do one thing and do it well: Google reviews, the platform that drives local search and brings in customers. No bloated all-in-one you'll never use.

White-label reports and portal

On Pro and above, client PDF reports and the client portal carry your logo, colors and brand name. Your clients see you, not us.

Honest & FTC-compliant

No review gating, ever. Every customer gets the same public ask with one-click opt-out, so you and your clients stay in the clear.

No SMS, no hardware

Review links, QR codes and email, with no SMS carrier compliance headaches. Most agencies are syncing reviews within 3 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Is ReputeMap white-label for my agency?

Yes. The monthly client PDF reports and the client portal carry your agency's logo, colors and brand name, so your clients see your brand rather than ReputeMap's. White-label reporting is included on Pro and the plans above it (Portfolio, Network).

How is ReputeMap priced for an agency with multiple clients?

By total location count across all your clients, not per client. Starter is $29/mo for 5 locations, Growth is $39/mo for 15, and Pro is $49/mo for 30 with white-label reporting; above that, Portfolio is $149/mo for 75 and Network $189/mo for 200. One account covers every client up to your plan's location limit, which is what makes reselling profitable.

Which plan should my agency start on?

Count every location across all your clients. Up to 5: Starter at $29/mo. Up to 15: Growth at $39/mo, which adds campaigns with automatic reminders, the multi-location dashboard and surveys. Up to 30: Pro at $49/mo, which adds white-label (your logo, colors and brand name on reports, the client portal and the review-ask page), prospect audits and scheduled report emails. Up to 75: Portfolio at $149/mo; up to 200: Network at $189/mo. If you resell under your own brand, start on Pro. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.

Can I manage many clients and locations from one dashboard?

Yes, that's the whole point. Every client's Google reviews across every location land in one unified inbox, and on Growth and above a multi-location dashboard rolls up rating, reply coverage, velocity and response-time SLA so you can spot a slipping location before the client does.

Can my team publish a client's reply straight from the alert?

Yes, for 1–3★ reviews. The alert email quotes a reply already drafted by AI, and Review & publish reply → opens a personal, single-use, 7-day link to a page with no login: the review, the draft you can edit with tone chips, and one Publish to Google button. The Monday digest carries the same link. In a Telegram private chat the draft comes with ✅ Publish draft and ✏️ Edit & publish; a Telegram group gets the alert without publish buttons, and WhatsApp carries the alert only. Nothing is posted to Google until a person taps Publish. On the free trial, replies are drafted inside the first 2 alerts; on paid plans, inside every alert.

Does ReputeMap reply to reviews in other languages?

Yes. Every reply is drafted in the language the review was written in; for a review Google translated, it uses the original's language. A star rating with no text gets the language the owner usually replies in, then the language of the location's other reviews, then English, and the language is never guessed from the reviewer's name. On paid plans you can also switch on Auto-reply to new reviews, which posts that reply for you, in the same language, to new reviews (4–5★ by default); every other draft waits for a person to tap Publish. One switch covers the whole workspace, every client in it.

Do I need each client's Google login, or do they connect themselves?

Each client securely authorizes ReputeMap to their own Google Business Profile via Google's official OAuth, so you never need their password. Once connected, you read their reviews and publish replies on their behalf, all from your dashboard.

Is it compliant, with no review gating?

Yes. ReputeMap is honest by design: every customer gets the same public review ask with one-click opt-out, there is no review gating or filtering, and the AI never writes or posts fake reviews. That keeps you and your clients clear of FTC and Google policy problems.
