GatherUp Pricing in 2026: What It Costs at 1, 10 and 30 Locations

GatherUp publishes per-location prices all the way to 101+ locations. Here is what each plan includes, the monthly and annual total at your location count, what still sits behind the quote button, and how the price compares with Birdeye, Podium, Reputation.com and NiceJob.

GatherUp’s cost, in one paragraph

GatherUp costs $124 a month for one location on its Small Business plan, or $99 a month billed annually, and its Multi Location plan runs from $75 per location a month for 2–10 locations down to $31 at 101+ locations — $60 down to $25 on annual billing (gatherup.com/pricing, rechecked September 29, 2026). The white-label Agency plan is a custom quote, and Listings Hub adds $40 per location per month. Every plan includes up to 300 SMS and 3,000 email credits per location per month, and there is a free 14-day trial.

For a Google-first business with 1 to 75 locations, ReputeMap is the better buy than GatherUp. One location costs $19 a month instead of $124, and 10 locations $79 instead of $750, because ReputeMap includes the locations in each plan instead of charging for each one. Every price up to 200 locations is self-serve, where GatherUp’s Multi Location plan still routes through a demo. And a 1–3★ alert email carries a reply draft you can publish without logging in.

Full disclosure: this page is written by ReputeMap, a Google-first competitor with flat pricing, and the recommendation above is ours. The plan facts are from GatherUp’s own pricing page; the totals are our arithmetic. Note that the page opens on annual prices, so the first numbers you see ($99, $60) are the annual rates. Verify current prices with GatherUp before you decide.

Agency—Custom quote—

Agency: the card reads “White label reputation management software for your clients” and routes agencies to a quote request; no Agency price is published.

Included on every plan: up to 300 SMS and 3,000 email credits per location per month, review monitoring across 100+ sites, NPS surveys and feedback, QR codes and custom feedback links, AI-crafted replies, review widgets and a badge, a conversion pop-up, social sharing, reporting, and API, Zapier and webhook access.

Add-ons: Listings Hub at $40 per location per month; Review Defense (AI flagging of suspicious or fraudulent reviews) in three plans, prices not published.

Billing: monthly, or annual at the page’s “Save 20% on Annual”. The Multi Location plan still routes through “Book A Demo” even though every tier now shows a price. No setup fee or contract term is stated.

GatherUp’s sister product Grade.us, which joined Insight Integrity alongside it in December 2025, lists the identical grid — see the sister product’s matching price grid.

What GatherUp costs at your location count

Assuming the tier rate applies to every location, as the per-location display suggests (confirm it in writing):

LocationsMonthly billingAnnual billingMonthly billing + Listings Hub
1$124/mo$99/mo ($1,188/yr)$164/mo
2$150/mo$120/mo ($1,440/yr)$230/mo
5$375/mo$300/mo ($3,600/yr)$575/mo
10$750/mo$600/mo ($7,200/yr)$1,150/mo
15$840/mo$675/mo ($8,100/yr)$1,440/mo
30$1,200/mo$960/mo ($11,520/yr)$2,400/mo
75$2,700/mo$2,175/mo ($26,100/yr)$5,700/mo

One consequence of the tiers: 11 locations ($616 a month at $56) cost less than 10 ($750 at $75) on monthly billing. If you sit just under a tier edge, ask how the next location is billed.

GatherUp’s price next to other review platforms

A single table for the common “GatherUp vs” comparisons. Published means the vendor’s own pricing page; reported means third-party buyer reports, because the vendor publishes nothing.

VendorEntry pricePricing modelWhere the number comes from
GatherUp$124/mo (1 location), $99 billed annually; $75–$31 per locationPer location, tiered to 101+Published
Reputation.com$80–$150 per location/moPer location, custom at 125+Published — see our breakdown of its per-location plans

Podium~$399–599/moSales-led, credits and add-onsBuyer reports
ReputeMap$19/mo (1 location); $29 (5); $79 (15); $129 (30)Flat, locations includedPublished

Against the sales-led suites, GatherUp is the transparent, mid-priced option. Against flat-priced tools, the per-location model is what you are paying for once you pass two or three locations.

Five questions for GatherUp before you sign

  1. Whether your tier rate applies to every location, in writing, and what happens when you add location 11, 17 or 26.
  2. Whether the annual discount applies to add-ons such as Listings Hub.
  3. What the Agency quote includes: white-label scope, client logins, and whether each client is billed per location.
  4. Review Defense pricing if suspicious reviews are a real problem for you.
  5. Credit overage: what happens if a busy month uses more than 300 SMS per location.

Why ReputeMap is the better buy than GatherUp for Google-first businesses

ReputeMap is narrower and cheaper: a Google-first review workflow with no SMS and no 100-site monitoring, which is exactly why the price can be flat. At the same location counts:

LocationsReputeMap, monthlyGatherUp, monthly billingGatherUp, annual billing (per month)
1$19 (Solo)$124/mo$99/mo
5$29 (Starter)$375/mo$300/mo
10$79 (Growth, up to 15)$750/mo$600/mo
15$79 (Growth)$840/mo$675/mo
30$129 (Pro, white-label)$1,200/mo$960/mo
75$199 (Portfolio)$2,700/mo$2,175/mo

What you get for the difference:

  • Locations included, not billed one by one. Growth covers 15 locations for $79, Portfolio 75 for $199; there are no tier edges to plan around and no add-ons.
  • Self-serve at every size. All six plans, up to 200 locations, start from the pricing page with no demo.
  • Reply from the alert email. 1–3★ alerts go out by email, Telegram or WhatsApp on every plan; the email carries the reply draft and “Review & publish reply →”, a personal, single-use, 7-day link that publishes without logging in. Every other way to reply is compared in replying to Google reviews from your email or phone.
  • Replies in the reviewer’s language, plus opt-in Auto-reply for new 4–5★ reviews on paid plans, off until you switch it on.
  • White-label on a published plan. Pro, $129 a month for 30 locations, puts your logo and colors on PDF reports, the client portal and the review-ask page; GatherUp’s white-label Agency plan is a quote.
  • API and MCP server on every plan. GatherUp includes API, Zapier and webhook access too; ReputeMap adds an MCP server, so you can ask Claude about your reviews.

Our feature-by-feature comparison of the two tools goes further. If the Google review loop is the job, compare ReputeMap’s plans at your location count.

When GatherUp is the better buy

GatherUp’s $99–$124 a month is not just a review inbox. Pick it if:

  • Your customers review you on industry sites as much as on Google: it monitors 100+ review sites, and ReputeMap reads Google only.
  • You rely on text-message requests or run NPS programs on every location: up to 300 SMS credits per location a month and NPS surveys come with every plan.

For how both fit the whole market — software, managed services and ORM firms — see how much reputation management costs.

Both products have a trial, so run them side by side for a week on the same location. ReputeMap’s is a 14-day free trial: card required, cancel anytime, about 3 minutes to connect your first location.

It is a custom quote. The pricing page describes it as white-label reputation management software for your clients and routes agencies to a quote request rather than listing a price.

What add-ons does GatherUp charge for?

Listings Hub is $40 per location per month. Review Defense, which uses AI monitoring to flag suspicious or fraudulent reviews, comes in three plans whose prices are not published. Every plan already includes up to 300 SMS and 3,000 email credits per location per month.

Is ReputeMap better than GatherUp?

For a Google-first business with 1 to 75 locations, yes: that is our recommendation, and ReputeMap wrote this page. ReputeMap includes the locations in each plan, so one location costs $19 a month instead of GatherUp's $124, and 10 locations cost $79 instead of $750 on monthly billing. Every ReputeMap plan up to 200 locations is self-serve, and a 1–3★ alert email carries an AI reply draft you can publish without logging in. If you need SMS requests or monitoring across 100+ review sites, GatherUp covers more.

Is there a cheaper alternative to GatherUp?

For Google reviews, yes. ReputeMap publishes flat plans with locations included: $19 a month for one location, $29 for 5, $79 for 15 and $129 for 30. It is Google-first and has no SMS, so if you need 100+ review sites or text-message requests, GatherUp covers more. This page is written by ReputeMap; compare both on your own workflow.
