Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReputeMap website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

ReputeMap helps agencies monitor Google reviews across their clients’ business locations, draft and publish replies, request reviews, and generate reports. Features depend on your plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the Service.

3. Google connection & your content

When you connect a Google account, you authorize ReputeMap to access the Google Business Profile data of the accounts you connect, to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right and any necessary consent to manage those business profiles. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to post fake, deceptive or incentivized reviews, or to “gate”/filter reviews in violation of Google’s policies or applicable law (e.g. FTC rules).
  • Access Google or other data except through the supported integrations and within their API terms.
  • Misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for the content of your reviews, review requests and replies, for obtaining all rights and consents needed to manage each connected Google Business Profile, and for your own compliance with Google’s policies, the Google Business Profile API terms, FTC guidance and all applicable laws. ReputeMap provides software tools only and does not provide legal, compliance, tax or marketing advice.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and any taxes. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Free trial

We may offer a free trial. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time. Trial usage is subject to these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your content), is owned by ReputeMap and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Google, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC; ReputeMap is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that reviews will sync completely or in real time, or that replies, review requests, alerts or reports will be delivered or published successfully. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or actions of third-party platforms (including Google, Stripe, Amazon Web Services and Anthropic), and we do not control and are not responsible for Google’s decisions about your Business Profile or API access — including any suspension, restriction, rejection or removal. Nothing provided through the Service is legal, compliance, tax or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will ReputeMap, its operator or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reviews or business, arising out of or relating to the Service — even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReputeMap’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ReputeMap and its operator from and against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your content, your reviews, replies or review requests, your use of the Service, your violation of any third-party right or any law, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that you lacked the authority or consent to manage a connected Google Business Profile.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export or deletion of your data.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at ReputeMap’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: yaro@reputemap.com.
