Trustindex Pricing in 2026: $65 to $349 a Year, and What the Free Package Leaves Out
Trustindex is one of the cheapest ways to put reviews on a website. Here are its three yearly plans, what stays free, the add-ons, two settings to check before you rely on it — and when you need more than a widget.

Trustindex’s price, short answer
Trustindex sells three yearly plans: Single at $65 a year (about $5.42 a month) for one business, Pro at $125 a year (about $10.42 a month) for five, and Ultimate at $349 a year (about $29.08 a month) for unlimited businesses (trustindex.io/prices, checked September 29, 2026). Every plan includes unlimited websites, widgets, views and reviews from 133 review platforms. There is also a free package you can use forever, a 7-day trial of the paid features with no card, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Automatic AI replies are an add-on at $29 per source per year.
For a business that has to run its Google reviews — ask every customer, answer every review, catch the bad ones — rather than only display them, ReputeMap is the better pick than Trustindex. A 1–3★ alert reaches you by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and the alert email carries a reply draft you can publish without logging in. Review requests go to every customer, with no negative-review filter to switch on. And the widget comes with Starter at $29 a month for 5 locations. For a review widget alone, Trustindex costs less.
Full disclosure: this page is written by ReputeMap. We make review management software with a built-in Google-review widget, so we compete with Trustindex only at the edge — and for a widget alone, Trustindex costs less than we do. The recommendation above is ours; the facts below are from Trustindex’s own prices page.
Trustindex plans, as published
The plan cards count businesses as “companies”:
| Plan | Price | Businesses |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, forever | — |
| Single | $65 a year (~$5.42/mo) | 1 |
| Pro (“most popular”) | $125 a year (~$10.42/mo) | 5 |
| Ultimate | $349 a year (~$29.08/mo) | Unlimited |
Included: Single, Pro and Ultimate list the same features — unlimited websites, widgets, views and reviews; 133 review platforms; AI-translated reviews; automatic review updates; priority support. The free package has a reduced feature set (see below).
Add-ons: Automatic AI Reply, which writes and uploads replies automatically on Google, Facebook and Trustindex, is $29 per source per year. Google Business SEO Analysis is $29 per source per year. The Google Review Strategy Program, with a personal customer success manager, is $299.
Billing: yearly, renewing automatically; cancel in your account settings. Upgrading is free, with the subscription period adjusted for the difference.
Refunds: within 30 days of purchase.
Trustindex free package vs paid
The prices page compares a free package with the paid one feature by feature. What it marks as paid only:
- the full set of 36 widget layouts and 25 pre-designed styles
- automatic review updates and the daily widget refresh
- review photos, the photo gallery and AI review summaries
- rich snippets, lazy and delayed loading
- the negative-reviews filter and manual review selection
- the Trustindex verification badge and Top Rated badge
- AI review translation, and NFC tap-to-review cards
What stays free: pulling reviews from all 133 platforms, the widget generator and customisation, review certificates and trustmarks, manual AI-drafted replies, email notifications, statistics, review-collecting email campaigns, the QR code generator and a review summary page.
If you use the free package, the key line is automatic updates: without them, new reviews won’t flow into the widget on their own.
What Trustindex costs for your businesses
Trustindex prices by business, not by website or page view, which makes it very cheap at volume. The cheapest plan for each count, per year:
| Businesses | Plan | Total | Per business |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Single | $65 | $65 |
| 2–5 | Pro | $125 | $25–$62.50 |
| 6 or more | Ultimate | $349 | Falls with every business you add |
Add the automatic AI replies and the bill grows by $29 per source per year; ask how sources are counted if you manage several profiles.
Two Trustindex settings to check before you rely on it
Stars in search. Trustindex lists rich snippets among its paid features. Google’s review snippet guidelines say that when a business controls the reviews about itself, its pages using LocalBusiness or Organization markup are “ineligible for star review feature” — and they name reviews shown “through an embedded third-party widget” as an example. For a local business showing its own Google reviews, the widget is a trust signal on the page, not a way to get stars in Google.
Filtering and collecting. The paid package includes a negative-reviews filter for widgets, and it adds a paid-only feature called “Intelligent review collecting (negative reviews filter)” to Trustindex’s Google review collecting, listed separately from the email campaigns and integrations that the free package also includes. On display, the FTC’s consumer-reviews rule bans implying that the reviews in your site’s review section are all or most of the reviews submitted when negatives are suppressed by rating. Its Q&A adds that picking positive reviews for marketing isn’t covered by that ban but could still be deceptive under Section 5 of the FTC Act if they aren’t representative, so label a curated widget as highlights. And for asking, Google’s policy prohibits merchants from selectively soliciting positive reviews; the FTC has said review gating can violate the FTC Act. If you collect reviews through any tool, make sure every customer gets the Google link.
Where ReputeMap does more than Trustindex
ReputeMap is not a cheaper widget. Its Google-review widget — six layouts (list, carousel, grid, wall, badge, floating), light or dark — is included from Starter, $29 a month for 5 locations, as the last step of a review routine:
| What you want | Trustindex | ReputeMap |
|---|---|---|
| A review widget, nothing else | From $65 a year | Not the cheap option: the widget comes with Starter, $29 a month |
| Reviews from Facebook, Tripadvisor and others | 133 platforms | Google only |
| Hide low-star reviews in the widget | Negative-reviews filter (paid) | Not offered: the widget shows your newest reviews and the true average |
| Replies | Manual AI replies free; automatic AI replies $29 per source per year | AI reply drafts you approve; opt-in Auto-reply for new 4–5★ reviews included on paid plans |
| Review requests | Email campaigns (free); the paid package adds a negative-reviews filter to Google collecting | Email and QR code requests to every customer, no gating |
| Alerts and reporting | Email notifications and statistics | Low-star alerts by email, Telegram or WhatsApp; monthly PDF reports |
| Publish a reply from the alert email (no login) | Not stated | Yes, with “Review & publish reply →” |
What that adds up to:
- The bad review comes with its answer. The 1–3★ alert email quotes the AI reply draft; “Review & publish reply →” in the email is a personal, single-use, 7-day link that publishes without logging in, and in a Telegram private chat ”✅ Publish draft” posts it in one tap.
- Replies in the reviewer’s language. Drafts are written in the language the review was written in, and on paid plans the opt-in Auto-reply posts them to new 4–5★ reviews once you switch it on, with no per-source add-on.
- Asking that never filters. Email and QR code requests go to every customer with the Google link, so there is no gating setting to audit.
- One inbox for every location, with a multi-location dashboard and response-time SLA from Growth and white-label PDF reports from Pro.
- API and MCP server on every plan, Solo included.
If the widget is the last step of a Google review routine you also need to run, compare ReputeMap’s plans: the widget is included from Starter. For how it embeds, see the Google review widget page.
Who should stay with Trustindex
- You want reviews on your site and nothing else: from $65 a year, Trustindex is the better buy, and ReputeMap’s widget isn’t on its $19 Solo plan and keeps a small “by ReputeMap” link.
- You show reviews from many platforms, or put widgets on many client sites: $349 a year covers unlimited businesses.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Trustindex cost?
Trustindex's prices page (checked September 29, 2026) lists three yearly plans: Single at $65 a year for one business, Pro at $125 a year for five and Ultimate at $349 a year for unlimited businesses. All three include unlimited websites, widgets, views and reviews from 133 review platforms. Automatic AI replies are an add-on at $29 per source per year.
Is Trustindex free?
There is a free package you can use forever, with fewer features. The prices page marks the full set of widget layouts and styles, automatic review updates, the daily widget refresh, rich snippets, review photos and the negative-reviews filter as paid features. You can try the paid features free for 7 days without a card.
Does Trustindex charge per website or per business?
Per business. The plan cards count "companies" — 1, 5 or unlimited — and list unlimited websites on every plan. For client work, Trustindex's FAQ says the Pro plan can be used on client sites up to 5 websites and Ultimate on unlimited websites, so agencies should confirm which limit applies to them.
Does Trustindex offer refunds?
Yes. It offers a refund if requested within 30 days of purchase. Plans renew automatically after a year, and you can cancel from the Settings tab of your account.
Can a Trustindex widget show star ratings in Google search?
Trustindex lists rich snippets as a paid feature, but Google's review snippet guidelines say pages using LocalBusiness or Organization markup aren't eligible for star ratings when the business shows reviews about itself, including through an embedded third-party widget. For a local business showing its own Google reviews, don't count on stars in search.
Is ReputeMap better than Trustindex?
For a business that has to run its Google reviews, not only display them, yes: that is our recommendation, and ReputeMap wrote this page. ReputeMap sends 1–3★ alerts by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and the alert email carries an AI reply draft you can publish without logging in. It asks every customer for a review with no negative-review filter, and on paid plans includes an opt-in Auto-reply for new 4–5★ reviews (off until you switch it on), where Trustindex charges $29 per source per year for automatic replies. Its widget comes with Starter at $29 a month for 5 locations. For a review widget alone, or reviews from 133 platforms, Trustindex costs less and covers more sites.
