NiceJob’s price, in short
NiceJob costs $75 a month on its Starter plan and $125 a month on Pro, with no contract and a 14-day free trial (get.nicejob.com/pricing, checked September 27, 2026). Starter covers automated review requests and follow-ups by SMS and email, social proof, social sharing, a team leaderboard and a microsite. Pro adds repeat-customer and referral campaigns, broadcasts, AI replies, gifts, NPS surveys and competitive intel. A managed website, Sites, is $99 a month plus a $199 setup fee. The page doesn’t say whether prices are per location, and it lists no annual discount.
For a home-service or local business that wants more Google reviews and every review answered fast, ReputeMap is the better choice than NiceJob. AI reply drafts come with every ReputeMap plan from $19 a month, where NiceJob lists AI Replies only on its $125 Pro plan. Five locations cost $29 a month on ReputeMap’s Starter, while NiceJob publishes no multi-location price. And a 1–3★ alert email carries the reply draft, ready to publish without logging in.
Full disclosure: this page is written by ReputeMap, a Google-first competitor, and the recommendation above is ours. Plan facts come from NiceJob’s own pricing page; the totals and the comparison are ours.

Which NiceJob plan do you need?
The split between the plans is the part worth reading carefully:
- You want more reviews and nothing else → Starter. Automated SMS and email asks with follow-ups are the core of NiceJob and they’re on the $75 plan.
- You want AI help replying to reviews → Pro. AI Replies is listed on Pro only, so fast replies with AI drafting cost $125 a month on NiceJob.
- You want referrals and repeat business → Pro. Referrals, Repeats, Broadcasts and Gifts are the marketing layer that makes NiceJob more than a review tool.
- You want a website too → either plan plus Sites, $99 a month and $199 to set up.
NiceJob is aimed at home-service businesses and integrates with job-management tools such as Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan, so its asks can go out automatically when a job is marked complete.
What NiceJob’s pricing page doesn’t answer
Ask these before the trial ends:
- Per account or per location? The page doesn’t say. For two or more locations, get the real number in writing.
- SMS limits. Review requests go out by SMS and email; the page mentions no message caps. Ask whether there are any, and what carrier registration involves for you.
- Which review sites. The page talks about reviews without naming platforms. Confirm Google is the default destination and which others are supported.
- Card for the trial. The page says “free to start” without saying whether a card is required.

Why ReputeMap is the better pick than NiceJob for Google reviews
ReputeMap does less and costs less: the Google review loop for every location, with no SMS, no referral program and no website builder.
| What you want | NiceJob | ReputeMap |
|---|---|---|
| Review requests | Starter, $75/mo (SMS + email) | Solo, $19/mo (email + QR) |
| AI reply drafts | Pro, $125/mo | Every plan, from $19/mo |
| 5 locations | Not published | Starter, $29/mo |
| 15 locations | Not published | Growth, $79/mo |
| Referrals, gifts, website | Pro and Sites | Not offered |
What tips it for a business whose job is Google reviews:
- AI replies without the $125 plan. Every ReputeMap plan drafts replies, in the language the review was written in, and on paid plans you can switch on Auto-reply for new 4–5★ reviews (off until you do).
- Every location priced up front. 5 locations on Starter at $29, 15 on Growth at $79, up to 200 on Network at $189, with no per-location question to ask.
- Bad reviews answered from the alert. 1–3★ alerts go out by email, Telegram or WhatsApp on every plan; the email carries the reply draft and “Review & publish reply →”, a personal, single-use, 7-day link that publishes without logging in. Every route is compared in replying to Google reviews from your email or phone.
- Asks from your job software, through the API. ReputeMap has no native Jobber app; its API, included on every plan, can send the ask when a job closes, as our Jobber review automation guide shows. An API request is a single ask by email.
- Every customer asked, nobody filtered. Requests go by email, QR code and link to everyone, and the QR code works at the counter or on the truck.
If that is your job, compare ReputeMap’s plans next to NiceJob’s two. Our side-by-side of the two tools goes feature by feature, and review management for home services covers the trade-specific playbook.
When NiceJob is the better buy
- Texting customers is how you get reviews, and you want SMS asks with follow-ups: ReputeMap sends no SMS.
- Referrals, repeat-customer campaigns, gifts or a managed website are part of how you grow: those are NiceJob Pro and Sites, and ReputeMap has none of them.
If the job is Google reviews (asking every customer and answering every review), start a 14-day free trial of ReputeMap: card required, cancel anytime, about 3 minutes to connect your first location.
ReputeMap is independent and not affiliated with NiceJob, Jobber, Housecall Pro or Google.

Is ReputeMap better than NiceJob?
For a home-service or local business that wants more Google reviews and fast replies, yes: that is our recommendation, and ReputeMap wrote this page. AI reply drafts come with every ReputeMap plan from $19 a month, where NiceJob lists AI Replies only on its $125 Pro plan, and five locations cost $29 a month on ReputeMap's Starter while NiceJob publishes no multi-location price. If texting customers, referrals and gifts are how you grow, NiceJob's Pro plan buys more.
Is there a cheaper alternative to NiceJob for Google reviews?
For Google reviews specifically, yes. ReputeMap starts at $19 a month for one location and $29 for five, with AI reply drafts on every plan. It sends review requests by email and QR code rather than SMS and has no referral or website products. This page is written by ReputeMap, so weigh it accordingly.
