Reputation Builder’s price, answered first
Whitespark’s Reputation Builder costs $79 per location per month on its one published plan, Pro, which includes 3,000 email requests (100 a day), up to 3,500 new customers a month, 300 SMS credits and review monitoring on 10 sites (whitespark.ca/reputation-builder and whitespark.ca/pricing, checked September 29, 2026). Pricing for 2 or more locations, and for agencies, is a custom quote. The 14-day free trial is valid for up to 10 locations, prices are in US dollars, and neither page lists an annual price or a setup fee.
For a business or agency with more than one location that mainly needs Google reviews, ReputeMap is a better buy than Whitespark Reputation Builder. ReputeMap’s Growth plan covers 15 locations for $79 a month, the price Whitespark lists for one. Every ReputeMap price up to 200 locations is published, where Whitespark quotes anything from 2 locations. And review requests go to every customer with the Google link, with no score-based step in front of it to configure.
Full disclosure: this page is written by ReputeMap, a Google-only review tool with flat pricing, and the recommendation above is ours. The plan facts are from Whitespark’s own pages; the multi-location totals are our arithmetic at the published rate.
Reputation Builder plans, as published
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Pro | $79 per location per month |
| Multi-location | Custom pricing |
What each plan card lists:
- Pro: 3,000 email requests (100 per day), up to 3,500 new customers per month, 300 SMS text message credits, review monitoring on 10 sites. Best for, per the card: the savvy marketer who wants to reach customers beyond email.
- Multi-location: from 2 to thousands of locations. Best for, per the card: multi-location and agency businesses with varying needs across locations.
Features listed for the platform: first- and third-party reviews, 100+ review sites, branded email requests, tablet and kiosk modes, outbound SMS requests, TextBack (inbound SMS), multiple request modes, Google Q&A monitoring (Google retired Business Profile Q&A in December 2025), Twitter monitoring, a review widget, a conversion pop-up, survey questions, a tag widget, private and public responses, automated requests and follow-ups, and Net Promoter Score.
One detail to clarify on a call: the feature list says 100+ review sites are supported, while the Pro card says monitoring on 10 sites. Ask which sites count toward the 10.
Whitespark’s other products
Whitespark says it doesn’t believe in “forced bundling”: each product is sold on its own. From the same pricing page:
| Product | Published price |
|---|---|
| Local Platform (Google Business Profile management) | $1 per month per location |
| Local Ranking Grids | From $10 a month |
| Local Rank Tracker | $14–$200 a month |
| Local Citation Finder | $33–$149 a month |
| SEO Services | $499–$1,999 a month |
| Listings Service | $20–$999, one-time |
| Yext Replacement Service | $399 per location, one-time |
What Reputation Builder costs at your location count
The published rate is per location. Whitespark quotes 2+ locations, so treat anything past the first row as the list-rate arithmetic you take into the quote conversation, not a price you have been offered:
| Locations | At $79 per location per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $79/mo | $948 |
| 3 | $237/mo | $2,844 |
| 5 | $395/mo | $4,740 |
| 10 | $790/mo | $9,480 |
| 15 | $1,185/mo | $14,220 |
| 30 | $2,370/mo | $28,440 |
How Reputation Builder’s request modes work
Whitespark’s FAQ describes three ways to ask customers for feedback and reviews:
- Ultimate mode, three steps: Net Promoter Score, optional survey questions, first-party feedback (a testimonial), then reviews on 2–4 third-party sites.
- Review mode, two steps: Net Promoter Score, then reviews on 2–4 third-party sites.
- Direct mode, one step: straight to 2–4 third-party review sites. Whitespark recommends it only for businesses with a known NPS over 80.
The product page also says its first-party process helps “reduce negative reviews” by connecting directly with customers who rate their experience low, and sends happy customers who rate high to your top review sites. Check how that is configured before you switch it on. Google’s policy for merchants prohibits asking in a way that would “selectively solicit positive reviews from customers”, and the FTC has said review gating can violate the FTC Act. The safe setup is the one where every customer is offered the Google review link, whatever score they gave.
Why ReputeMap is the better buy than Reputation Builder past one location
ReputeMap is narrower (the Google review workflow only), and its prices are published with the locations included, so there is no quote conversation at any size:
| Locations | Whitespark Reputation Builder | ReputeMap |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $79/mo | $19/mo (Solo) |
| 5 | Quote ($395/mo at list rate) | $29/mo (Starter) |
| 15 | Quote ($1,185/mo at list rate) | $79/mo (Growth) |
| 30 | Quote ($2,370/mo at list rate) | $129/mo (Pro) |
| 75 | Quote | $149/mo (Portfolio) |
ReputeMap’s monthly rates are lower on annual billing. Beyond the price:
- One price for 15 locations, not one. Growth’s $79 a month covers 15 locations and adds the multi-location dashboard with response-time SLA; Pro covers 30 with white-label PDF reports.
- Every customer gets the Google link. Email and QR code requests go to everyone, with no NPS step that decides who is asked, so there is no gating setting to audit.
- Reply from the alert email. 1–3★ alerts go out by email, Telegram or WhatsApp on every plan; the email carries the reply draft and “Review & publish reply →”, a personal, single-use, 7-day link that publishes without logging in.
- Replies in the reviewer’s language, plus opt-in Auto-reply for new 4–5★ reviews on paid plans, off until you switch it on.
- API and MCP server on every plan, so reviews can flow into your own reporting, or into Claude.
How to ask every customer well is in how to ask customers for reviews. If every Google review answered across your locations is the job, compare ReputeMap’s plans at your location count.
Who should choose Reputation Builder
Whitespark is one of the best-known names in local search, and Reputation Builder is a full feedback-and-review platform, not a thin add-on. Pick it if:
- You need SMS requests or in-store kiosk collection: ReputeMap has neither. It does have NPS, star and thumbs surveys, from Growth ($79/mo).
- Your customers review you on industry sites, or you already use Whitespark for rankings and citations.
If you are pricing local SEO vendors’ review tools side by side, see what the local SEO suite’s review plan costs; for budget options, review management software under $50.
For Google reviews across several locations, start a 14-day free trial of ReputeMap: card required, cancel anytime, about 3 minutes to connect your first location.

Is ReputeMap better than Whitespark Reputation Builder?
For a business or agency with more than one location that mainly needs Google reviews, yes: that is our recommendation, and ReputeMap wrote this page. ReputeMap's Growth plan covers 15 locations for $79 a month, the price Whitespark lists for one location, and every ReputeMap plan up to 200 locations is published, where Whitespark quotes anything from 2 locations. Review requests go to every customer with the Google link. For one location that needs SMS, kiosk mode or monitoring on 10 review sites, Reputation Builder covers more.
Is there a cheaper alternative for Google reviews?
If Google reviews are the job, yes. ReputeMap publishes flat plans with locations included: $19 a month for one location, $29 for 5, $79 for 15 and $129 for 30.
