How to respond to a negative Google review (example)
A one- or two-star review is a chance to show every future reader how you handle a problem. Apologize, own it without excuses, keep private details out of it, and take it offline. For a review that says "Waited 40 minutes and no one apologized", a strong reply is:
"Sarah, we're genuinely sorry — a 40-minute wait with no acknowledgement isn't the experience we want anyone to have at Acme Dental. That's on us. We'd like to make it right; please email us at hello@… so we can look into what happened that day."
